Put something in it. Om Nom for example.
Add some padding.
Now measure that box again.
Guess what? It’s still the same width and height!
Now then, what if we tried this in HTML and CSS? Today?
For the record, today is 2012….

Not the usual OTW fare, perhaps, but this is a side-project by my friend Donny and I thought I’d give it a plug, since it does indeed do one thing well.

ingrid - A fluid CSS layout framework →
Hello, I’m Ingrid!
Ingrid is a fluid CSS layout system, whose main goal is to reduce the use of classes on individual units.
Ingrid is a bit less obtrusive and bit more fun to reflow for responsive layouts.
Ingrid is heavily inspired by oocss grids http://oocss.org.
Ingrid is also meant to be an extendable system, easy to customize to your own needs.
Ingrid loves cats :o)
